What is the program timeframe?
If you are approved to participate in the program, you will receive a welcome email. After you receive your welcome email, you will have 90 days to participate in the program and can purchase up to 120 units. After the 90-day program has ended, you will have an additional 15 days to submit your final invoices.
How much free product can I receive?
You can receive up to 120 free units, using the Buy One, Get One offer.
Where do I find my program access code?
Your program access code will be included in your welcome email and other email notifications you receive. Be sure to make note of that code as you will need it to submit invoices for the program.
How do I submit?
Click the SUBMIT INVOICES button on the homepage, or you can click the link within your email. You’ll need your program access code to get started and then you’ll enter information for your purchase and upload a picture of your invoice.
How often should I submit?
You can submit as often as you’d like, however, we will process free product requests every two weeks. Free product will be sent directly from Ceva Animal Health. You can redeem up to 120 units within the timeframe.
What documentation is required for a submission?
You will need to provide your purchase invoice documentation.
Program Details
*Once enrolled, your clinic has 90 days to participate in the Buy One, Get One Free program. Valid for purchases of TRP-Tri-COX® 60-count Soft Chews (up to 120 units). After the 90-day period, your clinic will then have 15 days to submit final invoices for redemption. Free product will be shipped directly from Ceva Animal Health within 6-8 weeks of receipt of invoices.
